At first, think about this idea: For a good function of armory parts must be all details made speciall to your size. Only single parts of armory (shoulders, gloves, knees...)can be made in "universal" size. 
Everytime is better to know basic parameters of your body - length, weight, measurment around top, medium and down part of body, around herad.
All this parameters  with gambeson, chain mail or other suit, that you will use under the armory.
